El Dol Migratori: Carències Afectives en la Infància Transnacional. Anàlisi d’un cas i proposta de pla de tractament

Abstract

En aquest treball es pretén donar visibilitat a l’impacte emocional que genera el dol migratori en l’etapa infanto-juvenil i les conseqüències de les carències afectives a causa de la separació afectiva amb el cuidador principal, a través de la mostra d’un cas clínic. Es presenta el cas d’una pacient de 15 anys d’origen hondureny, que va venir derivada al Centre de Salut Mental Infanto-Juvenil de Santa Coloma de Gramenet per l'activació Codi Risc Suïcidi en l'Hospital Clínic de Barcelona. Va immigrar fa dos anys a Espanya des d’Hondures i actualment mostra dificultats d’adaptació desen- cadenades pel procés migratori i amb un vincle matern conflictiu, entre altres problemàtiques. Per tal d’analitzar l’impacte emocional del dol migratori, la separació afectiva i les carències afectives en l’etapa infanto-juvenil, s’han aplicat i analitzat: entrevistes exploratòries, proves de personalitat projectives i proves quantitatives (BDI-II, MACI i WISC-V). Finalment, s’exposen les conclusions de l’anàlisi i es planteja un pla de tractament, per tal de treballar el dol migratori i el trencament del vincle afectiu.

This essay seeks, through a clinical case, to shed light on the emotional impact generated by migratory grief during childhood and youth, as well as the negative consequences of the lack of affection caused by the affective separation. The case report is presented of a 15-year-old patient from Honduras, who was transferred to the Mental Health Centre for youth and childhood of Santa Coloma de Gramenet following the activation of suicide-risk protocols at Barcelona’s Hospital Clínic. The patient immigrated into Spain two years ago from Honduras and shows difficulty in adapting, triggered by the migratory process and with a conflictive maternal bond, among other problems. In order to analyze the emotional impact of migratory grief, the affective separation and the lack of affection during childhood and youth, the following measures were applied and analyzed: exploratory interviews, projective personality tests and quantitative (BDI-II, MACI and WISC-V). Finally, the conclusions of the analysis are put forth and a treatment plan is suggested in order to address the migratory grief and the rupture of the affective bond.
