| dc.description.abstract | In this article we analize the document on education published by the II Vatican Concile in 1965. In this document we can find the idea of “diligence” as a virtue to be developed in teacher’s education. How can we use this notion as an aggiornamento for the present, taking into account the questioning of teacher’s education today? Can we identify a personalist perspective in the document?
