Anàlisi de les inquietuds dels futurs docents a través de les tertúlies dialògiques pedagògiques

Abstract

Aquest estudi tracta sobre la recerca de les inquietuds dels futurs docents realitzant un anàlisi d’aquestes a través de les Tertúlies Pedagògiques Dialògiques (TPD). L’objectiu d’aquest estudi és, per tant, extreure amb l’ajut del anterior instrument anomenat, les inquietuds actuals dels docents en formació. Aquells aspectes que preocupen, generen dubte o tenen un gran pes en aquests futurs professionals. La metodologia d’aquest estudi s’ha desenvolupat a través de l’anàlisi de documents i les TPD sobre una mostra de noranta-tres subjectes en formació en l’àmbit de la docència i un total de vint tertúlies desenvolupades a partir de la obra de Pauo Freire “Cartas a quien pretende enseñar”. Tal i com ens mostren els resultats i podem concloure a partir dels resultats de l’estudi a través de la mostra analitzada, aquella dimensió sobre la qual s’agrupen el major nombre d’inquietuds és la social. Concretament sobre el perfil docent, així com la disciplina i el tractament a les aules de temàtica de caràcter polític, social i cultural. Afegint la necessitat de l’aprofundiment sobre les Tertúlies Pedagògiques Dialògiques com a instrument d’anàlisi i les seves interessants qualitats.

This study is about the search for the concerns of future teachers by analysing these concerns through the Dialogic Literary Circles (DLC). The objective of this study is, therefore, to extract with the help of the previous instrument, the current concerns of teachers in training; those aspects that worry, generate doubts or have a great weight in these future professionals. The methodology of this study has been developed through the analysis of several documents and the

DLCs on a sample of ninety-three individuals in training in the field of teaching and a total of twenty- three get-togethers developed from the work of Pauo Freire "Letters to those who intend to teach".

According to the results of the study through the sample analysed, we can conclude that the dimension on which the greatest number of concerns are grouped is the social one. Specifically on the teaching profile, as well as the discipline and treatment in the classrooms of political, social and cultural issues. Adding the need to go deeper into the Dialogic Literary Circles as an instrument of analysis and their interesting qualities.
