In this project it has been searched a headliner IoT device and then, studied the applications and the bands which could be covered with a Virtual AntennaTMfrom Fractus Antennas Technology embedded into the selected device. To achieve the main goal, first it has been defined theoperating bands compatible with the chosen deviceneeded to cover. Once the device and the frequency range to cover have been decided it has been studied various scenarios contemplating diverse antennas and designs. The searched of the final solution it has had as a first step the electromagnetic simulation of a lot of set-upswhich it helped to focalize in one direction and then, the physically implementation of the best performance set-ups simulated has been done in order to choose the better set-upfor theembedding. The conclusions obtained as a result of the study will allow to have an idea of the Virtual AntennaTMperformance in an already commercialized deviceand the process to follow when the implementing of an embedded antenna is wanted in a small IoT device.
