La identitat digital a l’escola

Abstract

A causa del confinament per la pandèmia de la COVID-19 iniciat el dia 16 de març de 2020, les escoles han hagut d’adaptar-se a marxes forçades per donar resposta als infants i a les famílies de forma telemàtica. En la realitat del curs 2020/21 encara estem en estat d’alarma per la pandèmia, i totes les escoles han programat el curs escolar preveient possibles nous confinaments, fet que implica un augment exponencial de l’ús de les eines TAC. L’objectiu principal d’aquest estudi de recerca-acció consisteix en analitzar un context escolar d’acord el tracte de la identitat digital, dissenyar una proposta per treballar la competència de l’àmbit digital “hàbits, civisme i identitat digital”, i avaluar-la després de posar-la en pràctica per tal de, finalment, definir la identitat digital a partir d’uns hàbits responsables i de forma cívica a la comunitat. Per tal de desenvolupar l'estudi de camp, s'ha seguit una metodologia qualitativa en la qual mitjançant unes entrevistes i un focus grup es busca interpretar i comprendre el context educatiu del centre. A continuació s’ha dissenyat la programació d’una Unitat Didàctica que s’ha portat a terme al centre educatiu i s’ha avaluat per analitzar els resultats de l’estudi. Els resultats de la investigació conclouen en la necessitat de treballar la dimensió “d’hàbits, civisme i identitat digital” per oferir recursos i estratègies a l’alumnat per poder-se desenvolupar com a internautes autònoms, responsables, amb esperit crític i respectuosos dins la comunitat virtual.

Due to the confinement by the COVID-19 pandemic that began on March 16, 2020, schools have had to adapt to forced measures to respond to children and families online. In the reality of the 2020/21 school year we are still in a state of alarm due to the pandemic, and all the schools have scheduled the school year anticipating possible new confinements, which implies an exponential increase in the use of TAC tools. The main objective of this research-action study is to analyze a school context according to the treatment of digital identity, design a proposal to work on the competence of the digital field "habits, citizenship and digital identity", and evaluate it after putting it into practice in order to finally define digital identity based on responsible habits and in a civic way in the community. In order to develop the field study, a qualitative methodology has been followed in which, through interviews and a focus group, the aim is to interpret and understand the educational context of the center. Next, the programming of a Didactic Unit has been designed that has been carried out in the educational center and has been evaluated to analyze the results of the study. The results of the research conclude on the need to work on the dimension of "habits, citizenship and digital identity" to offer resources and strategies to students to be able to develop as autonomous, responsible, critical and respectful Internet users. the virtual community.
