La granja escola de Santa Maria de Palautordera: un mètode d'educació emocional

Abstract

Els darrers anys, hi ha hagut un increment en l'interès d'educar als infants emocionalment, tant a les escoles com a casa. Per aquest motiu, la casa de colònies La Granja Escola de Santa Maria de Palautordera ha creat un mètode d'educació emocional per poder treballar-ho en un lloc excepcional i de la forma més eficaç pels nens. En aquest treball durem a terme una anàlisi del mètode d'educació emocional per tal de poder avaluar-ho a partir del personal de la Granja i dels professionals que acompanyen els seus alumnes diàriament. A més, també procurarem buscar els punts forts i els que calen millorar des d'un altre punt de vista i, així, poder perfeccionar el mètode. A partir d'entrevistes s'ha pogut comprovar que l'avaluació és molt positiva tot i que s'han trobat aspectes que es podrien millorar per augmentar l’eficàcia, entre elles: les ràtios d’infants o el manteniment del material d’algunes activitats. Òbviament també hem observat molts punts forts, com per exemple, el dinamisme de les activitats i uns objectius tant potents com efectius, que cuiden molt els tancaments de les activitats, deixant que els infants expliquin de forma lliure allò que han sentit i viscut. En definitiva, han creat un mètode que es manté viu i canviant perquè es va modificant per adaptar-lo a les necessitats dels infants.

In the present research is an analysis of the method of emotional education in order to be able to evaluate it on the basis of the staff of the farm and professionals who live to accompany his students. On the basis of these interviews has been unable to verify that the evaluation is very positive, although they have found aspects that could be improved because it is still more effective, for example, the ratios of children or the maintenance of materials in some of the activities. Also, a lot of strong points, for example, that the activities are dynamic and with a very powerful and effective goals, watching the closing activities, leaving the children to express freely what they have felt and experienced and it is a method that is kept alive and changing because it was modified to adapt it to the needs of children.
